Oooh yesshhh I love my books these days – in fact if I don’t get to read one by 9am I have a minor fit.  Hahahhaa that keeps the ‘rentals on their toes ;)   Anyway these two are my current faves because I can pick at the flaps and there are moving bits and I’m constantly surprised and I can say “Ooooooh” and play peekaboo with lions and ghosts, hmmmm, yes I like them a LOT!

Long live books! x

It’s my current favourite book.  It’s for at least one and a half year olds.  I don’t understand much of it but I like the whale.  he reminds me of all the whales on the wall up above my changing mat.  Talking of my changing mat, my poos have been dry and dropping-like recently by the way.  I think it’s just a phase so don’t worry.

Bye!

And remember to read my fave book if you get the chance:

My favourite book at the moment has to be the Technicolor surrealist dream that is “Look! There’s Elmer” by David McKeeDavid McKee also wrote the all-time children’s classics “Not Now Bernard” and “The Sad Story of Veronica Who Played the Violin”, both of which I am planning to have read to me very soon.

Anyway, back to Elmer.  What a great book – a vibrant, colourful burst of hide-and-seek shenanigans, with little peep holes so you can see through to the next page.  Is that Elmer I can see?  Maybe…  I highly recommend this book to anyone age 15 days old.  And perhaps those a bit older too.  Thank you very much to Sylvia and Graeme Auld for giving it to me.
